Small does not mean simple
Use scale before judging detail
Close-up images can make a clasp, ring, charm, buckle, or decorative part look substantial. Save at least one measurement or scale reference. For wearable pieces, record the adjustment range and how it is measured.

Assortment control
Plan the assortment without losing identity
Accessories are often offered as mixed colors, sizes, finishes, or patterns. Give each intended variant a row. A low total minimum is not helpful if the assortment arrives without a confirmed mix or if different materials share one image.

Use the exact code, color, size, finish, or device model.
State the requested mix
List quantities rather than asking for a general assorted pack.
Confirm the minimum unit
Ask whether it applies per design, color, finish, size, pack, or order value.
Check individual packing
Small-item packaging can dominate volume and affect presentation.
Sample the vulnerable detail
Choose the clasp, hinge, coating, sizing point, or compatibility feature most likely to decide the test.
Claim boundary
Material and destination claims need the responsible source
Material composition, metal content, lens performance, electronic compatibility, labeling, and destination-specific compliance cannot be proven by a catalog thumbnail. Record the visible claim, ask who supplies the supporting information, and check applicable requirements with the responsible service or qualified authority.
